Kristine Mastropolo
As an experienced senior designer, Kristine has a demonstrated history of enhancing global brand awareness in the Fashion, Finance, Technology, and Engineering industries.
Working within Capezio’s fast-paced environment, Kristine collaborated closely with the Merchandising, Sales, and Ecomm teams, consistently jumping from high level thinking to operational execution. With a focus on print design, she was responsible for creatively, strategically, and efficiently approaching projects from start (concept sketches and layouts) to finish (final approvals, vendor coordination, and on-press fulfillment). Projects include spearheading the global production of Capezio’s 200 page merchandising catalogs, fashion lookbooks, sales brochures, event playbills and product-driven collateral, all distributed across 5 continents.
As the Marketing liaison to the Product Design and Merchandising team, Kristine worked to design and develop compelling packaging solutions for a full range of both branded and private label products. Following technical specifications, she recently completed a complete overhaul of the 75+ product Bunheads accessory line, the entire Capezio tights offering, and numerous packaging solutions for third party licensed products. In addition, she led the design and creation of all packaging for new products on a quarterly basis.
Kristine played a key role in photoshoot planning and execution, as well as managing Capezio’s expansive product photography library, retouching imagery and coordinating asset management between departments and wholesalers as necessary.
Kristine has previously held positions with Prudential, VHB, and Conductor, and freelanced for numerous companies and non-profits. She holds a B.A. in Digital Media from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland and currently resides in New Jersey.
