Innovative Event Design
Creative direction, branding, and project management for the annual Conductor C3 Conference, overseeing a $1.1M budget and delivering an impactful experience for 1,250+ attendees.
As Design Manager for the annual C3 Conference in New York, I developed the event's brand identity and led the in-house design team in crafting a bold, high-energy aesthetic inspired by the city's architecture and spirit of connectedness.
Design responsibilities included event website, email communications, slide decks, presentation videos, program booklets, large-scale venue graphics, wayfinding signage, nametags and other day-of collateral.
The goal was to elevate the entire experience beyond a typical marketing conference, which was achieved through a cohesive and impactful visual experience.
In addition to design objectives, as Project Manager I was responsible for speaker and sponsor coordination, budgeting, venue selection, catering, labor negotiations, registration management, and event communications, managing a $1.1M budget for 1,250+ global attendees. I coordinated with C-suite stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and venues, managing a team of 40 volunteers to ensure a seamless event experience from planning to execution.
